These were the first ones I did using this technique so I'm not sure if I shaded first and then worked with the black ink or the other way around, no pencil at all though. Now I start with the shading until I have the whole body and then outline it with the black brushpen. After that, I work some more with the shadows to push my darks.</description>

		<description>Thanks roger, I love them.  I'm going to give it a try.  I was doing ink sketches and then painting them with heavily terpentined oil paint.  These were smal sketchbook size drawings.  I've been really wanting to get some extra large watercolor paper and do the same thing.  Thanks again.</description>
